You will need: 1 kg wild strawberries, 600-700 g sugar.
Preparation: Sort the berries, remove the stems, and lightly mash the wild strawberries in a saucepan. Then bring it to a boil, stirring, and simmer for 7-8 minutes over low heat, skimming off the foam. Add the sugar and cook the jam for another 5-7 minutes until it dissolves. Seal the finished jam in sterilized jars for winter.
2. Wild Strawberry Jam with Agar-Agar

You will need: 1.5 kg wild strawberries, 1.2 kg sugar, 30-40 g agar-agar, 150 ml water.
Preparation: Sprinkle the wild strawberries with sugar and let sit for about 1 hour. Separately, soak the agar-agar in water for 15 minutes. Then bring the wild strawberries to a boil and cook for 15 minutes, stirring gently. Pour in the agar, mix, and cook for another 5 minutes. Seal the jam in sterilized jars.

3. Wild Strawberry and Rhubarb Jam

You will need: 1 kg wild strawberries, 1 kg rhubarb, 2 kg sugar.
Preparation: Finely chop the rhubarb and sort the wild strawberries. Sprinkle everything with sugar and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook the jam for about 25-30 minutes, stirring. Seal it in sterilized jars for winter.

You will need: 500 g wild strawberries, 500 g strawberries, 1 kg sugar, 1.25 l water.
