Ingredients
- 1 head of white cabbage;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-step recipe
- Wash and slice the cabbage head into steaks about 2 cm thick, trying to keep the core intact so the leaves don't fall apart.
- Press the garlic and mix it with olive oil, thyme, paprika, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Brush the cabbage steaks with this aromatic marinade on both sides.
- Carefully transfer everything to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the cabbage steaks for about 18-20 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). After 10 minutes, carefully flip them with a spatula.
