Ingredients
- 800 g chicken breast;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken breast with paper towels. Slice it lengthwise into thin, even cutlets and lightly pound them through plastic wrap.
- Mix olive oil with paprika, dried garlic, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Brush the cutlets with this marinade on both sides and let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
- After marinating, arrange the cutlets in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-14 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F). After 7 minutes, carefully flip them over to ensure even cooking.
