Prep time: 10 minutes.
Servings: 2.
Ingredients
- 2 limes;
- 120 g condensed milk;
- 2 tablespoons sugar;
- 500 ml cold water;
- 200 g ice.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thoroughly wash the limes and cut them into small pieces with the peel, removing the seeds.
- Transfer the limes to a blender, add sugar, and pour in cold water.
- Blend everything for 20-30 seconds. Do not blend longer, so the zest doesn't become bitter.
- Strain the drink through a fine sieve, add condensed milk, and lightly blend again.
