Ingredients
- 800 g chicken fillet;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 150 g hard cheese;
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Cut it lengthwise into thin slices and lightly pound through plastic wrap.
- Separately, slice the tomatoes into rounds, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and press the garlic.
- Mix mayonnaise with garlic, oregano, ground black pepper, and salt.
- Spread the prepared sauce over the chicken cutlets, then arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
- Transfer the prepared cutlets to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Bake the cutlets for 14-16 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
