This dish is perfect for both a family dinner and a festive table. Chicken cutlets with tomatoes and cheese in an air fryer cook very quickly and turn out juicy thanks to even heating. We're sharing a proven recipe!

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Servings: 8.

Ingredients

  • 800 g chicken fillet;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 150 g hard cheese;
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon salt.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Rinse and pat dry the chicken fillet with paper towels. Cut it lengthwise into thin slices and lightly pound through plastic wrap.
  2. Separately, slice the tomatoes into rounds, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, and press the garlic.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with garlic, oregano, ground black pepper, and salt.
  4. Spread the prepared sauce over the chicken cutlets, then arrange tomato slices on top and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  5. Transfer the prepared cutlets to the air fryer basket in a single layer. Bake the cutlets for 14-16 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius until the chicken is fully cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
