Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken fillet;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 small zucchini;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g green beans;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 2 cloves garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon ground paprika;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
  • vegetable oil for frying.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into small strips. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings, and the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper into cubes or julienne strips.
  2. Peel and press the garlic through a press. Mix it with soy sauce, paprika, and ground ginger.
  3. Heat a pan with vegetable oil over high heat and fry the chicken fillet for 5-6 minutes until lightly golden.
  4. Add the onion, carrot, and green beans. Cook everything together for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then add the bell pepper and zucchini and fry for another 3-4 minutes.
  5. Next, pour in the soy sauce mixed with spices, stir, and cook the dish for another 4-5 minutes until the chicken is fully infused with the aromatic sauce. Enjoy your meal!
