- 50 ml soy sauce;

- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry with paper towels, and cut into small strips. Peel and slice the onion into half-rings, and the carrot, zucchini, and bell pepper into cubes or julienne strips.
- Peel and press the garlic through a press. Mix it with soy sauce, paprika, and ground ginger.
