Source: Tycoon101, AdobeStockIf you don't mince chicken breast but chop it into small pieces, you can achieve incredibly juicy chopped cutlets that stand out from regular ones with their interesting texture and rich meaty flavor. Today, we're sharing a step-by-step recipe for chopped chicken breast cutlets in an air fryer, as it helps cook them with a golden crust and without excess fat!
Prep time: 35 minutes.
Servings: 10.
Ingredients
- 700-800 g chicken breast;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tablespoons 20% fat sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons wheat flour;
- 2 cloves garlic;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and thoroughly pat dry the chicken breast with paper towels. Using a sharp knife, cut the meat into very small cubes.
- Peel and press the garlic through a press. Finely chop the parsley.
- Combine the chicken, egg, sour cream, flour, garlic, parsley, salt, and ground black pepper. If desired, add any spices to taste. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes, or even longer.
- Afterward, line the air fryer basket with special perforated parchment paper and spoon the cutlets onto it.
- Cook the chopped cutlets for approximately 14-16 minutes in the air fryer at 190 degrees Celsius, but carefully flip them with a spatula after 8 minutes.
