Preparation: Whisk egg whites with salt until foamy, then gradually add sweetener. Continue whisking until stiff peaks form, pour in vanilla extract, and then fold in almond flour. Sprinkle almond flakes into a baking pan, pour the batter over them, and bake the cake for 30-35 minutes in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Preparation: Dissolve yeast, salt, and 2 tbsp rye flour in warm milk, then set the resulting sponge in a warm place for 15 minutes. After that, pour in kefir, water, and oil, mix, and add all the remaining flour with spices.

Knead the dough thoroughly and let it rise in a warm place for 2 hours. Then shape it into a loaf, sprinkle with flour, and leave for another hour. Bake the bread for 10 minutes in an oven at 250 degrees Celsius, and then for another 40-50 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
