You will need: 800 g duck wings, 600 g potatoes, 2 onions, 3 tbsp vegetable oil, salt, spices, aromatic herbs.

Preparation: Cut the potatoes into wedges and the onions into half-rings. Mix the vegetables and duck wings with vegetable oil and all the spices, spread them in an even layer on a baking sheet, and bake for 1 hour in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.

Leave the duck wings to marinate for 20-30 minutes, then transfer them to a roasting bag, tie the ends, and bake for 50-60 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius. For a golden-brown crust, cut open the bag and cook for another 10-15 minutes.
