French-style Meat with Potatoes in an Air Fryer – Step-by-Step Recipe

A great example is French-style meat with potatoes in an air fryer! It's incredible how juicy and delicious it turns out! We're sharing a tried-and-true recipe!

Ingredients
- 400 g potatoes;
- 300 g pork;
- 150 g tomatoes;
- 80 g hard cheese;
- 3 tablespoons sour cream;
- 1 teaspoon Herbs de Provence;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground rosemary;
- ground black pepper to taste;
- salt to taste.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Slice the pork into cutlets, about 1 cm thick.
- Season with salt and spices, then pound with a meat mallet on both sides. Cover the cutlets with cling film and set aside.
- Peel the potatoes. Slice the potatoes and tomatoes into rounds.
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer, season with spices and salt, and spread with sour cream. Bake for about 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (390°F).
- After that, arrange the pork and tomatoes over the potatoes, and spread with the remaining sour cream. Bake for another 15 minutes at 190 degrees Celsius (375°F).
- Then, sprinkle the French-style meat with potatoes with grated cheese and return to the air fryer for another 2-3 minutes – using the same setting.
- It is recommended to serve the finished dish hot. Enjoy your meal!
