- 600 g ground chicken;
- 1 onion;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 garlic cloves;
- 250 ml tomato juice;
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste;
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1 teaspoon salt;
- vegetable oil for frying.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Peel the vegetables, finely dice the onion, grate the carrot, and mince the garlic.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet and sauté the onion and carrot for 5-6 minutes until soft.
- Add the ground chicken and cook for 8-10 minutes, breaking up any lumps with a spatula.
- Stir in the garlic, tomato paste, oregano, paprika, salt, and ground black pepper. Pour in the tomato juice and mix well again.
