Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken drumsticks;
- 3-4 cloves garlic;
- 50 ml soy sauce;
- 2 tablespoons honey;
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard;
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Wash and thoroughly pat dry the chicken drumsticks with paper towels.
- Peel and press the garlic. For the marinade, mix the garlic with honey, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, thyme, and ground black pepper.
- Place the drumsticks in this marinade, mix well, and let marinate for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- After marinating, transfer the chicken drumsticks to a baking dish along with the marinade. You can optionally cover with foil.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).
- 15 minutes before they are done, remove the foil and baste the drumsticks several times with the juices from the bottom of the pan to achieve an appetizing glaze.
