Preparation: Mix the sifted flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Whisk eggs with sugar until fluffy, pour in water, oil, and condensed milk, and whisk again. Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients, mix the batter with a whisk (to avoid lumps) and refrigerate for 1 hour.

After that, take the dough out of the refrigerator and leave it on the table for 15 minutes. Bake Hong Kong waffles in a waffle maker until golden. Immediately roll the hot waffles into a cone and fill them with any filling to your taste.
