- 1 tablespoon olive oil;
- 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano;
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Thoroughly wash the pork neck, pat it dry with paper towels, then slice it into steaks about 2.5 cm thick.
- In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, dried garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the steaks with this marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Arrange the pork in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a small space between each piece.
- Cook the steaks for approximately 8 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Then, flip them with a spatula and cook for another 7-8 minutes at the same temperature.
