Modern air fryers allow you to cook meat with an appetizing crust without excess oil, and it also cooks evenly and remains juicy inside. Pork neck, with its natural fat layers, is especially well-suited for this. Today, we'll share a step-by-step recipe for juicy and tender pork neck steaks in an air fryer. Make sure to save it!

Prep time: 40 minutes.
Servings: 2.

Ingredients

  • 500 g pork neck;
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil;
  • 1 teaspoon dried garlic;
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika;
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano;
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt.

Step-by-Step Recipe

  1. Thoroughly wash the pork neck, pat it dry with paper towels, then slice it into steaks about 2.5 cm thick.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix olive oil, dried garlic, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and ground black pepper. Rub the steaks with this marinade and let them marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Arrange the pork in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving a small space between each piece.
  4. Cook the steaks for approximately 8 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Then, flip them with a spatula and cook for another 7-8 minutes at the same temperature.
  5. Transfer the cooked pork steaks to a plate and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
