Preparation: Pour warm water over yeast, sugar, and salt, let stand for 10 minutes, then knead the dough with flour. Finally, add oil and let it rise in a warm place for an hour.
Shred the cabbage and lightly fry it with minced meat, onion, and spices to taste. Divide the dough into balls, roll them into flat circles, place the filling in each, and seal the edges. Let the pirogi rest for 15 minutes and steam for about half an hour.
3. Tteok

You will need: 3 cups rice flour, 1.5 cups water, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp salt.
Preparation: Mix salt with flour, gradually add water, and knead the dough. Steam the mixture for 20 minutes, add sesame oil, and knead until smooth. Roll the dough into logs, cut into pieces, and fry with sauce or honey to taste.
4. Sundae

5. Kimchi Jjigae

Reduce heat, add doenjang paste to the stew, stir, and simmer for 15 minutes. Add tofu cubes to the stew, stir again, and simmer for another 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, season, and sprinkle with green onions.
7. Siryagi Chyamuri
