Ingredients
- 600 g peeled shrimp;
- 4 cloves garlic;
- 50 ml soy sauce;
- 1 tablespoon butter;
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
- 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes;
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.
Step-by-step recipe
- If you have frozen shrimp, thaw them in advance, drain well, and pat dry with paper towels.
- Peel and slice the garlic thinly. Mix the soy sauce with lemon juice.
- Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic for 30-40 seconds until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the soy sauce, sprinkle with chili flakes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Then remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the shrimp with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
