Seafood is great because it can be cooked in just a few minutes. The main thing is not to overcook the shrimp in the pan, otherwise they will lose their delicate texture. And soy sauce and garlic are a simple and versatile combination to enhance the flavor of the shrimp. We're sharing a great recipe!

Ingredients

  • 600 g peeled shrimp;
  • 4 cloves garlic;
  • 50 ml soy sauce;
  • 1 tablespoon butter;
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil;
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice;
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes;
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley.

Step-by-step recipe

  1. If you have frozen shrimp, thaw them in advance, drain well, and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Peel and slice the garlic thinly. Mix the soy sauce with lemon juice.
  3. Heat butter and vegetable oil in a pan. Sauté the garlic for 30-40 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Add the shrimp and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour in the soy sauce, sprinkle with chili flakes, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  5. Then remove the pan from the heat, sprinkle the shrimp with chopped parsley, and serve immediately.
