Ingredients
- 800 g pork tongue;
- 6 pickled cucumbers;
- 5-6 chicken eggs;
- 50 g walnuts;
- 4 tablespoons mayonnaise;
- salt and ground black pepper.
Step-by-Step Recipe
- Boil the pork tongue in boiling water until tender. This will take approximately 1.5-2 hours, depending on the size of the tongue. You can also add an onion, bay leaf, and any broth spices you like.
- Afterward, let the cooked tongue cool completely and slice it into strips.
- Boil the eggs until hard-boiled, cool them, peel, and slice into strips or dice. Slice the pickled cucumbers in the same way. If they are very large, you can use 3-4 pieces.
- Toast the walnuts in a dry pan for a stronger aroma, then finely chop them with a knife.
- Combine all ingredients, dress the salad with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve. Enjoy your meal!
