A traditional recipe that evokes childhood memories and always turns out perfectly.

You will need: 6 potatoes, 80 g butter, 1 bunch dill, 3 cloves garlic, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut each tuber in half. Finely chop the dill and garlic, mix them with softened butter, salt, and ground pepper.

Make small crisscross incisions on the potatoes and spread the butter mixture on both halves of each tuber. Rejoin the halves and wrap each potato in foil. Bake for approximately 35-40 minutes on the grill.

You will need: 6 potatoes, 2 tomatoes, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, 2 cloves garlic, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Slice the potatoes and tomatoes into rounds. Add minced garlic, oil, salt, and ground black pepper. Mix all ingredients together, arrange them in alternating layers on a sheet of foil, and wrap tightly. Bake for 35-45 minutes on the grill, turning occasionally.

5. Potatoes with Lard in Foil on the Grill
