1. Classic Profiteroles with Custard

Mix eggs with flour, sugar, and vanilla. Pour in milk and cook over low heat for 5-7 minutes. Using a pastry syringe, fill the cooled profiteroles with custard.
2. Profiteroles with Cream Cheese Filling

For the cream: 300 g cream cheese, 150 g heavy cream, 150 g sugar, 1 pinch vanilla.

5. Profiteroles with Condensed Milk
