You'll need: 80-100g yogurt, 1 banana, 1 egg, 40g rice flour, 60g protein powder, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 1 handful of raisins.

Instructions: Soak raisins in hot water for 10 minutes, then rinse and pat dry. Mash the banana with a fork, whisk the egg with yogurt, and mix the dry ingredients. Combine everything, mix well, and spoon the batter into muffin molds. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
