You will need: 2 bananas, 2 eggs, 40g protein powder, 1 pinch of vanilla.

Preparation: Peel and mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Thoroughly mix all ingredients into a uniform batter. You can blend everything in a blender if you prefer. Spoon the pancakes onto the pan and cook on both sides over medium heat.

These will be especially delicious with banana or strawberry protein powder.

You will need: 150ml milk, 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 80g protein powder, 80g rolled oats, 2 tsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp baking powder.

Preparation: Grind the rolled oats into a fine powder, mix all dry ingredients together, then add the wet ingredients. Thoroughly mix the batter and let it rest for 10-15 minutes. After that, cook the pancakes on both sides on a dry non-stick pan over medium heat.

If desired, you can even make them with water, but with almond milk, they turn out incredibly delicious.

You will need: 100ml almond milk, 2 eggs, 40g protein powder, 1 tsp baking powder.
