Salad with Canned Tuna, Cherry Tomatoes, and Quail Eggs

Ingredients
- 1 can of tuna in its own juice;
- 8 quail eggs;
- 200 g cherry tomatoes;
- 60 g salad mix;
- 1 large cucumber;
- 2 tablespoons olive oil;
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice;
- 1 teaspoon grainy mustard;
- ground black pepper to taste.
Step-by-step recipe
- Boil quail eggs for 4-5 minutes after boiling, cool, peel, and cut in half.
- Roughly chop all vegetables, wash and dry the salad mix. Drain the liquid from the canned tuna and flake it into pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together. Dress the salad with a dressing made from olive oil, lemon juice, grainy mustard, and ground pepper.
- Arrange the quail egg halves beautifully on top and serve the salad immediately. Enjoy your meal!
