You will need: 100 g rice, 150 g peeled shrimp, 1/2 carrot, 50 g edamame beans, 50 g purple cabbage, 2 green onion stalks, teriyaki sauce, spices.

Preparation: Cook the rice according to package instructions, then season and pan-fry the shrimp with teriyaki sauce. Julienne the carrot, thinly shred the purple cabbage, and slice the green onions. Arrange everything beautifully in bowls and serve.

You will need: 100 g bulgur, 200 g shrimp, 1/2 zucchini, 1 tomato, 1 handful olives, 50 g feta, 1 clove garlic, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper, dried oregano.

Preparation: Sauté shrimp with garlic in oil, cook bulgur according to package instructions, and dice the zucchini and sauté it separately from the shrimp. Arrange everything in bowls, add olives with crumbled feta, season with salt, pepper, and sprinkle with oregano.

You will need: 200 g shrimp, 100 g rice, 1/2 mango, 1/2 avocado, garlic, rice vinegar, lemon juice, vegetable oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, dried ginger, spices.

Preparation: Cook rice according to package instructions. Peel and pan-fry shrimp in vegetable oil with minced garlic and spices to taste. Dice the mango and avocado, and arrange all ingredients in bowls. Mix a little rice vinegar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and lemon juice to taste, and drizzle this dressing over the bowls.

Preparation: Pan-fry shrimp in a mix of both oils and soy sauce, cook rice until done, and roughly chop the remaining ingredients. If desired, the onion can be marinated in rice vinegar for tenderness. Arrange everything in bowls, sprinkle with crumbled nori and sesame seeds, and drizzle the finished bowl with teriyaki sauce.
