Preparation: Mince the onion, grate the carrots, dice the potatoes, and cut the chicken into serving pieces. Heat the multicooker and brown the chicken on all sides without oil.
Add the onion and carrots, stir, and fry for another 3-4 minutes in the same frying mode. Add the potatoes, salt, and spices to taste into the multicooker. Pour in hot water, select the “Soup” program, and set it for 40 minutes. 5 minutes before the end of cooking, add the vermicelli to the soup.

Preparation: Heat the multicooker with oil in “Fry” or “Bake” mode. Add finely chopped onion, and after 2-3 minutes, grated carrots.
After a few more minutes, add the pickled cucumbers cut into thin strips, sauté lightly, pour in the tomato, and add the sliced meat, potatoes, and rinsed pearl barley. Pour hot water over everything and cook for 2 hours in “Soup” or “Stew” mode. 10 minutes before the end, pour in the pickle brine and season the soup.

9. Borsch in a Multicooker

You will need: 500g beef, 400g cabbage, 2 beets, 2 potatoes, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 3 tbsp tomato paste, garlic, herbs, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the onion, grate the carrots and beets, shred the cabbage, and slice the beef and potatoes. Heat the multicooker with oil in “Bake” mode.
Cook the onion for 5 minutes, then add the carrots. After another 10 minutes, add the tomato paste, and then after 5 minutes, the beets and a little lemon juice. Salt and continue cooking for 15 minutes, stirring.
Add the cabbage, potatoes, meat, and spices, pour in water, and set the “Soup” or “Stew” program for 1 hour. At the end, season the borsch with chopped herbs and pressed garlic, and let it steep under the lid for 10 minutes.

Preparation: Heat oil in the multicooker, add chopped onion with grated carrots and fry for 10 minutes, stirring. Add sliced chicken, close the lid, and cook for another 10 minutes in “Fry” mode. Preparation: Rinse and soak the lentils in cold water for 1 hour. Chop the remaining vegetables and sauté the tomatoes with spices in vegetable oil directly in the multicooker bowl. Set them aside, and in the same bowl, sauté carrots and onion for another 15 minutes in “Fry” mode.
Add the lentils, pour in 100ml of water, change the program to “Stew” and continue cooking for another half hour. After that, select the “Soup” program for 1 hour.
During the process, add potatoes 20 minutes after the program starts, and after 50 minutes, add the tomatoes. Sprinkle with chopped herbs and let the finished soup steep for a bit.
16. Solyanka (Meat Soup) in a Multicooker

Preparation: Chop and load the beef into the multicooker bowl, pour in hot water, and select the “Soup” program for 2 hours. After it finishes, set the meat aside, strain the broth, change the multicooker mode to “Bake” for 45 minutes.
Heat oil and sauté the minced onion until soft. Slice the cucumbers into strips and the olives into rings, add to the onion and cook for another 5 minutes. Then mix everything with tomato paste and tomato juice, and leave for another 8 minutes.
Shred the beef into smaller pieces, slice all other meats into strips, add to the sautéed mixture and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Pour the broth over the mixture, season, and let it cook until the program finishes. Let the solyanka steep, ladle into bowls, and garnish with chopped herbs and thin lemon slices.

17. Bean Soup in a Multicooker
