You will need: 200 g fresh spinach, 3 eggs, 50 g flour, 20 g starch, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tsp sugar, 200 g cream cheese, 100 ml 20% cream, 150 g lightly salted salmon, salt.

Preparation: Trim the tough stems from the spinach leaves, put the leaves in a blender and blend. Separate the egg yolks from the whites and mix the spinach, yolks, starch, flour, vegetable oil, salt, and sugar.

Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter with a spatula. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread the batter evenly into a rectangle, and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

Separately, whisk the cream cheese with the cream and season to taste. You can also add chopped herbs. Let the biscuit cool on the parchment paper, spread it with the cream cheese mixture, arrange the salmon slices, carefully roll it up, and wrap it in cling film. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

You will need: 200 g spinach, 3 eggs, 80 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp vegetable oil, 200 g cream cheese or cottage cheese, 200 g crab sticks, 2 sprigs of dill.

Preparation: Pour boiling water over the spinach for 1-2 minutes, squeeze it dry, and put it in a blender. If it's frozen, simply thaw and squeeze. Add the yolks, oil, flour, and baking powder to the spinach and blend.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the batter with a spatula. Spread the mixture into a rectangle on parchment paper, bake for 12-15 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius, and let the biscuit cool.

Mix the cheese with chopped dill, spread it over the biscuit, and arrange the sliced crab sticks. Roll it up tightly, wrap it in cling film, and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.

Preparation: Sauté the frozen spinach for 5 minutes in a covered pan, then for another 10 minutes over medium heat without a lid until the moisture evaporates. Let it cool and blend the spinach with egg yolks, salt, and ground black pepper.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer until stiff peaks form and gently fold them into the spinach mixture with a spatula. Grease parchment paper with melted butter, spread the batter into a rectangle, and bake the biscuit base for approximately 10-12 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius.

Afterward, let the base cool slightly, flip it, and spread it with cream cheese, arrange thin slices of lightly salted or smoked salmon, roll it up, wrap everything in cling film, and refrigerate for several hours.
