You will need: 500 g squid, 50-60 ml heavy cream, 20 g butter, 15 g flour, salt, ground black pepper.
Preparation: Thaw, clean, and slice the squid into rings. Sauté them for 2-3 minutes in butter, sprinkle with flour, and mix. Then pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, and add enough water to almost cover the squid. Simmer everything together for 3-4 minutes with the lid on.
2. Squid in Cream Sauce with Processed Cheese

You will need: 500 g squid, 1 onion, 50 g processed cheese, 120 ml cream, 80 ml milk, 0.5 tbsp flour, salt, spices.
Preparation: Boil the squid for 2 minutes in boiling water and slice into rings. Separately, finely chop and sauté the onion until translucent, sprinkle with flour and spices, mix, then pour in the cream and milk.
Add the finely chopped processed cheese, simmer the sauce until it dissolves, add the squid, and bring to a boil. Then remove the dish from the heat and let it rest for a bit. If desired, sprinkle with grated Parmesan or chopped herbs.

3. Squid in Cream Sauce with White Wine

You will need: 500 g squid, 250 ml cream, 100 ml dry white wine, 1 onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tbsp butter, salt, ground black pepper, aromatic herbs.
Preparation: Finely chop and sauté the onion and garlic in butter until golden. Pour in the wine and continue cooking until the liquid evaporates. Add the sliced squid rings to the pan and fry for another 1 minute, stirring. Pour in the cream, season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

Preparation: Clean and slice the squid into thin strips. Roughly chop and sauté the onion and mushrooms in butter, add the squid and fry for another 1 minute. Sprinkle with flour, salt, and spices, and mix. Pour in the cream, bring the sauce to a boil, and simmer for 3-4 minutes.

Add the cleaned and roughly sliced squid, simmer for another 1 minute, then pour in the cream. Season and, if desired, sprinkle with chopped herbs. Bring everything to a boil with the lid on and immediately remove from heat.

You will need: 4 squid tubes, 400 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 1 carrot, 120 g rice, 100 g processed cheese, 200 ml milk, 200 ml cream, 50 g butter, 2 tbsp flour, vegetable oil, salt, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop and sauté the onion, carrot, and mushrooms in butter. Boil the rice until half-cooked, mix it with the sautéed vegetables, and season the filling.
Parboil the thawed and cleaned squid for 30 seconds in boiling water, let them cool slightly, stuff them with the filling, and place them in a baking dish.
Separately, fry the flour in butter until golden, pour in the milk and cream, mix until smooth, and add the processed cheese. Simmer the sauce until it dissolves and pour it over the squid. Bake the dish for approximately 30 minutes in the oven at 190 degrees Celsius.
