You will need: 200 g beet greens, 20 g chili pepper, 10 g garlic, 3 allspice peppercorns, 2 bay leaves, 5 g salt, 2.5 g sugar, 30 ml white wine vinegar.

Preparation: Wash, dry, and coarsely chop the greens. Pack them tightly into a sterilized jar with chopped garlic, pepper, and spices. Add salt and sugar, pour in vinegar, and cover with boiling water. Sterilize the jar for 15 minutes and seal for winter.
