5. Chili Con Carne with Chicken and Hunter's Sausages

Preparation: Slice the hunter's sausages into rounds and lightly fry them. Add the chopped onion and fry until soft. Add half of the minced garlic, spices, and cook for another 1 minute. Set this aside and in the same pan, fry the finely chopped chicken.
Add the crushed tomatoes with their juice to the chicken and return the sausages with onion. Season and simmer for 10 minutes covered, then add the beans and simmer everything together for another 10 minutes. Finish cooking uncovered, reducing the liquid slightly. One minute before the end of cooking, add the chopped chili, remaining garlic, and chopped cilantro.
