3. Apricot Marmalade with Agar-Agar

You will need: 700 g apricots, 80 g sugar, 50 ml lemon juice, 1 tbsp agar-agar, 4 tbsp water.
Preparation: Soak agar-agar in water for 30-40 minutes. Pit the apricots, add sugar and lemon juice, and simmer the mixture for half an hour. Pass through a sieve and bring to a boil again. Separately, bring the agar-agar to a boil, combine both mixtures, and simmer together for another 3-5 minutes. Pour the marmalade into molds to set.

You will need: 700 g apricots, 120 g sugar, 50 g powdered sugar, 1 tbsp agar-agar, 4 tbsp water.

5. Apricot and Apple Marmalade
