Preparation: Pass the tomatoes and both types of peppers through a meat grinder, bring to a boil. Add chopped herbs and cook the mixture for 20 minutes over low heat. You will need: 1 kg tomatoes, 2 kg plums, 2 bell peppers, 2 hot red peppers, 2 heads garlic, 100 g cilantro, 4 tbsp vegetable oil, 6 tsp sugar, 4 tsp salt, 2 tsp paprika, 2 tsp dried basil, 2 tsp turmeric.
Preparation: Pass all vegetables, plums, and garlic through a meat grinder. Bring to a boil and add salt, sugar, and all spices to taste. Pour in vegetable oil, bring the sauce to a boil, and simmer over low heat until desired thickness. Closer to the end of cooking, add chopped cilantro. Seal the Sacebeli in sterilized jars.

Preparation: Pass all vegetables and apples through a meat grinder. Separately chop garlic, cilantro, and mint. Bring the vegetable mixture to a boil and cook for about 1 hour over low heat – it should reduce by half. Add all remaining ingredients to the sauce and cook for another 7-10 minutes. 5. Sacebeli with Starch for Winter

You will need: 2.5 kg tomatoes, 500 g bell peppers, 500 g onions, 1 head garlic, 1 bunch herbs, 1 tbsp vinegar, 2 tbsp starch, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp dried basil, 1 tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp khmeli-suneli, 1 tsp ground mixed peppers.
Preparation: Pass tomatoes, onions, bell peppers, and herbs through a meat grinder. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 10 minutes over low heat. Add spices, and after another 20 minutes – salt, sugar, and minced garlic.
Pour off a little sauce, dissolve the starch in it until smooth, and add it all back to the main volume of Sacebeli, stir, cook for another 5 minutes, and pour in the vinegar. Seal the prepared sauce in sterilized jars.
