Preparation: Cut the lavash into rectangles, spread with mayonnaise, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Roll them into tubes or envelopes and brush with beaten egg. Place everything on a parchment-lined air fryer rack and bake for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (390°F).

You will need: 2 sheets of lavash, 300 g cottage cheese, 100 g hard cheese, 2 eggs, 1 bunch green onions, 1 bunch fresh herbs, salt, spices, sesame seeds.
Preparation: Finely chop the green onions and herbs, grate the cheese, and mix everything with the cottage cheese and one egg. Season the filling. Cut the lavash into squares or rectangles, spread the filling over them, and roll them up. If they are too long, cut them into pieces. Place the rolls in the air fryer basket, brush with the remaining egg, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake for approximately 10-15 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).

4. Lavash with Chicken and Cheese in an Air Fryer

You will need: 2 sheets of lavash, 1 chicken fillet, 150 g hard cheese, 1 egg, 2 tbsp sour cream, 1 tsp starch, herbs, spices.
Preparation: Finely chop the chicken fillet, mince the herbs, grate the cheese, and mix all ingredients except lavash and egg. Wrap the resulting filling in lavash strips, place the rolls in the air fryer basket, brush with beaten egg, and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius (390°F). For the first 15 minutes, it's best to bake them covered with foil.

Preparation: Cut the sausages in half and cut the lavash into strips slightly wider than the sausages. Grate the cheese and wrap the cheese and sausages in lavash. Dip the resulting rolls in beaten eggs and sprinkle with sesame seeds or panko. Bake for 15 minutes in the air fryer at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).

6. Lavash with Minced Meat in an Air Fryer

You will need: 2 sheets of lavash, 250 g minced meat, 1 carrot, 1 onion, 80 g hard cheese, 3 tbsp sour cream, salt, spices.
Preparation: Chop the onion, grate the carrot, mix the vegetables with the minced meat, and fry everything for 7-8 minutes, stirring. Season the filling. Sprinkle one sheet of lavash with grated cheese, cover with the second sheet, and sprinkle with cheese again.
Spread the minced meat, brush with sour cream, and roll it up. Cut it into several pieces to fit the air fryer, place them in the basket, and brush with sour cream on top. Bake for about 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (350°F).
