1. Pancake Rolls with Salmon and Cream Cheese

They look quite impressive and are made from very common ingredients.

You will need:
For the pancakes: 500 ml milk, 3 eggs, 150-200 g flour, 1-2 tbsp starch, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch salt.
For the filling: 300 g cream cheese, 250 g lightly salted salmon, 1 cucumber, 1 bunch dill.

Preparation: Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, pour in half of the warm milk and mix. Gradually add sifted flour with starch, stirring to avoid lumps. Then pour in the remaining milk and vegetable oil, mix the batter again and fry thin pancakes on both sides in a pan.

Separately, mix cream cheese with chopped dill and spread it on the pancakes. Then lay thin slices of lightly salted salmon and long cucumber slices along the edge, roll the pancakes into rolls and cut them with a sharp knife.

You will need:
For the pancakes: 250 ml whey, 1 egg, 100 g flour, 0.5 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 handful grated cheese, 3 sprigs dill, salt, sugar.
For the filling: 200 g ham, 200 g hard cheese, 3 green onion feathers, mayonnaise.

Preparation: Whisk whey with egg, oil, sugar, and salt. Add flour with baking powder and mix to avoid lumps. Stir in grated cheese and chopped dill into the batter and fry pancakes on both sides.

Lightly spread mayonnaise on the cooked pancakes and layer thin slices of ham and cheese on them. Sprinkle with chopped green onions, roll them up, and cut into pieces.

3. Pancake Rolls with Chicken and Fried Mushrooms

You will need:
For the pancakes: 400 ml milk, 2 eggs, 150 g flour, 1 tbsp melted butter, 1 tbsp sugar, 1 pinch salt.
For the filling: 1 chicken fillet, 300 g mushrooms, 1 onion, 200 g cream cheese, salt, spices.

Preparation: Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, pour in milk and whisk again. Add flour, mix to avoid lumps, and finally, pour melted butter into the batter. Fry pancakes in a pan until cooked.

Finely chop or mince the chicken fillet. Chop and lightly fry the onion with mushrooms, add the chicken and cook until done. Season the filling to taste. Spread cream cheese on the pancakes, add the filling, and roll them up. Cut them into serving pieces.

You will need:

You will need:

For the filling: 300 g crab sticks, 3 eggs, 100 g hard cheese, mayonnaise.

Preparation: Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, pour in half of the milk and whisk again. Gradually add sifted flour, stirring to avoid lumps. Pour in the remaining milk, then the vegetable oil. Fry thin pancakes on both sides in a pan.

Boil, cool, and finely chop the eggs in advance. Similarly, chop the crab sticks, grate the cheese, and dress the filling with mayonnaise. Wrap the prepared filling in the pancakes and slice the rolls.

For the filling: 200 g cream cheese, 150 g red caviar, herbs.

Preparation: Whisk eggs with sugar and salt, pour in warm milk and whisk again. Add sifted flour, mix the batter, and finally, pour in the vegetable oil. Fry thin pancakes on both sides in a pan.

Spread cream cheese on the cooked pancakes, sprinkle with chopped herbs, and roll them up. Cut them into serving pieces and place red caviar on each roll.

You will need:

For the filling: 400 g cottage cheese, 3-4 tbsp sour cream, 1 bunch mixed herbs, 1 bunch green onions.

Preparation: Whisk eggs, salt, sugar, and baking soda, add oil, half of the kefir, and half of the flour. Mix thoroughly and add the remaining flour and kefir. Knead the dough until smooth. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes, then fry thin pancakes on both sides.

Separately, mix cottage cheese, sour cream, chopped mixed herbs, and green onions. Place the prepared cottage cheese filling on the pancakes, roll them up, and slice them before serving.

You will need:
For the pancakes: 500 ml whey, 3 eggs, 200-250 g flour, 2 tbsp vegetable oil, sugar, salt.
For the filling: 300 g chicken liver, 2 onions, 2 carrots, 3 eggs, vegetable oil, salt, spices.

Preparation: Whisk eggs with salt and sugar, pour in whey and whisk again. Add flour, then vegetable oil, stirring to avoid lumps in the batter. Fry thin pancakes on both sides in a pan.

Separately, boil or fry chicken liver until cooked, then mince it. Chop and fry vegetables until soft, add the liver to them, fry for a few more minutes and season. Boil and finely chop eggs, mix all the filling ingredients and wrap it in pancake rolls.
