1. Baked Salmon and Cream Cheese Rolls in an Air Fryer

A classic recipe for a homemade dinner without any complex ingredients.

You will need: 250 g sushi rice, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 pinch salt, 150 g lightly salted salmon, 120 g cream cheese, 3 nori sheets, 80 g hard cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise.

Preparation: Rinse and cook the rice according to package instructions. Let it sit for 10 minutes, mix with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, then cool completely.

After that, spread a thin layer of rice on a nori sheet, leaving one edge free. Add cream cheese and thin strips of salmon, roll tightly, and cut into serving pieces. Mix mayonnaise with grated hard cheese, and if you wish, add a dash of hot sauce. Place the resulting topping on the roll pieces and bake them for 5 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees.

A wonderful vibrant flavor that will leave no one indifferent.

You will need: 250 g sushi rice, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1 pinch salt, 200 g crab sticks, 1 cucumber, 100 g cream cheese, 80 g hard cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 3 tbsp capelin roe or tobiko.

Preparation: Cook the rice according to instructions and season it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Once the rice has cooled completely, spread it on the nori. Cut the crab sticks and cucumber into julienne strips, place the filling along the edge, and add cream cheese.

Roll and cut the rolls. Separately mix mayonnaise, capelin roe, and grated cheese. Place this topping on the rolls and bake them for 5-7 minutes in the air fryer at 180 degrees.

Spread the cooled rice on the nori and carefully arrange the filling with cream cheese. Roll, cut, and garnish the resulting rolls with a topping of mayonnaise and grated cheese. Then bake them for approximately 5 minutes in the air fryer at 200 degrees.

Spread the rice on the nori and add cucumber, mussels, and cream cheese. Roll tightly, cut into pieces, and top with the mayonnaise mixture. A pleasant variety to more classic rolls!

You will need: 150 g sushi rice, 1 tbsp rice vinegar, 0.5 tsp sugar, 1 pinch salt, 200 g crab sticks, 100 g capelin roe, 100 g hard cheese, 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 2 cloves garlic, 2 nori sheets, 2 eggs, panko breadcrumbs.

Preparation: Cook the rice until done, season it with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt, and let it cool. Grate or finely chop the crab sticks, grate the cheese, press the garlic through a press, and mix all of this with the rice, mayonnaise, and capelin roe. Also add the finely chopped nori sheets.

Form balls from the resulting mixture, then dip them in beaten eggs and roll in panko breadcrumbs. Place the lazy rolls on the air fryer rack and bake for 15 minutes at 170-180 degrees.
