Preparation: Mix the eggs, milk, and honey, then add the rolled oats and cinnamon. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, arrange the berries on top, and bake for approximately 25 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.

4. Lazy Kefir Pancakes

You will need: 2 eggs, 250 ml kefir, 150 g flour, 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tbsp vegetable oil.
Preparation: Whisk the eggs, kefir, and sugar. Add the flour with baking powder and mix the batter until smooth. Heat a frying pan and cook the pancakes for 2-3 minutes on each side over medium heat.
5. Cottage Cheese Casserole with Apple

You will need: 500 g cottage cheese, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp sugar, 3-4 tbsp semolina, 2 apples, zest of 1 lemon.

6. French Toast with Cinnamon

You will need: 6 slices white bread, 2 eggs, 100 ml milk, 1 tbsp sugar, 0.5 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp butter.
Preparation: Whisk the milk, eggs, sugar, and cinnamon. Dip the bread slices into this mixture and fry them in butter in a pan for 2-3 minutes on each side.
7. Shakshuka with Eggs and Tomato

You will need: 4 eggs, 400 g canned tomatoes (in their own juice), 1 small onion, 1 sweet pepper, 1 clove garlic, 1 tbsp olive oil, herbs, salt, spices.
Preparation: Chop and sauté the onion, garlic, and pepper in olive oil. Add the tomatoes with their juice and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Make small indentations, crack an egg into each, season with salt and spices, and cook the shakshuka for 5-6 minutes covered. Finally, sprinkle with chopped herbs. You can also add grated cheese if desired.
