Preparation: Whip the mascarpone and separately whip the egg yolks with powdered sugar until fluffy. Combine both mixtures. Separately whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form and gradually fold them into the cream.

Add cognac to the coffee, dip the Savoiardi biscuits and arrange one-third of the biscuits in a dish. Pour one-third of the cream over them and repeat the layers twice more. Refrigerate the tiramisu overnight, then sprinkle with sifted cocoa.

Preparation: Slice and simmer the bananas in coconut milk until soft, add sugar to taste. Break the Savoiardi biscuits into pieces and finely chop the peaches. Layer the ingredients: bananas, Savoiardi, peaches, Savoiardi, peach syrup, and whipped cream. Drizzle with chocolate syrup on top.

Preparation: Whip mascarpone, ricotta, milk, sugar, lemon zest, and one orange zest with a mixer. Squeeze juice from all citrus fruits and mix it with the liqueur.
