You will need: 200 g sausages, 200 g hunter's sausages, 4 potatoes, 1 onion, 200 ml tomato juice, 2 pickled cucumbers, 1.5 tbsp tomato paste, 1 handful of black olives, 3 lemon slices, spices, and herbs.
Preparation: Boil water, add diced potatoes, and cook until almost done. Slice all sausages and hunter's sausages, fry until golden, and add them to the potatoes. In the same pan, sauté chopped onion until golden, add finely chopped cucumbers, fry for another 1 minute, and add tomato paste. Fry for another 2-3 minutes, pour in tomato juice, and bring to a boil.

3. Solyanka with Chicken and Sausages

Preparation: Cover chicken with water, boil until cooked, strain the broth, and dice the meat. Chop the onion, sauté until golden, and add finely chopped cucumbers. Fry for another 3 minutes and add tomato paste with chopped hot pepper.
Pour in a couple of spoons of broth and simmer the sautéed mixture for about 7 minutes. Bring the broth to a boil and add sliced smoked meats, sausages, chicken, and the sautéed mixture. Season the solyanka to taste, cook for 15-20 minutes over low heat, and finally add pitted black olives.
