You will need: 600 g potatoes, 100 g onions, 2 cloves garlic, 20 g fresh herbs, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Peel and slice the potatoes thinly. Place them in a pan with heated oil and fry for 15 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring every 2-3 minutes. Then add thinly sliced onions, salt, pepper, cover with a lid, and cook for another 5 minutes. At the end of cooking, sprinkle with chopped garlic and herbs, stir, and let it sit for a bit.

You will need: 600 g potatoes, 1 onion, 1/2 carrot, 1 clove garlic, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Cut the potatoes into strips and fry them in oil over high heat, stirring. After 3-4 minutes, add grated carrots and fry for another 7-8 minutes over medium heat. Then add chopped onions and garlic, salt, pepper, cover with a lid, and cook until done over minimal heat.

You will need: 6 potatoes, 300 g meat, 1 onion, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Cut the meat into large pieces and fry over high heat until browned. Add the potatoes cut into sticks, cover with a lid, and cook for a few minutes. Then stir, reduce heat, and fry for another 15 minutes until the vegetables are tender. Finally, add chopped onions, season, and cook until done.
