A basic recipe that you can't go wrong with.

You will need: 2 kg cornelian cherries, 1 kg sugar.

Preparation: Pour water over the cornelian cherries, boil for 30-40 minutes, drain the berries in a colander and let them cool. Then mash the cornelian cherries through a sieve, add sugar and a little of the remaining decoction until desired consistency is reached. Bring the mixture to a boil, simmer for about 30 minutes over low heat, and seal in sterilized jars.

You will need: 2 kg cornelian cherries, 3 kg sugar.

Preparation: Blanch the cornelian cherries in boiling water for just a few seconds. Then cover them with sugar and bring to a boil over low heat, then remove and let the mixture cool for 10-12 hours. After that, bring to a boil again and seal the jam in sterilized jars.

You will need: 2 kg cornelian cherries, 3 kg sugar, 500-600 ml water.

Separately, boil a syrup from water and sugar, add the cornelian cherries to it and cook for 5-7 minutes, skimming off the foam. Let the mixture cool and cook for another 5 minutes, and then again. You will need: 1.5 kg apples, 1 kg cornelian cherries, 1 kg sugar, 200 ml water.

Preparation: Peel and slice the apples, pour in half of the water and cook for half an hour over low heat. Then mash the apples into a puree using any convenient method. Cook the cornelian cherries with the remaining water for 10 minutes and mash through a sieve. Mix both preparations, add sugar and bring the mixture to a boil. Cook the jam for 10-15 minutes, stirring, and seal in sterilized jars.

Preparation: Blanch the cornelian cherries in boiling water and remove the pits. Place the berries in the multicooker bowl, cover with sugar and leave for 5-8 hours. Then pour in water and cook the jam for about 1 hour, using the "Stew" mode. After that, immediately seal it in sterilized jars.

You will need: 2 kg cornelian cherries, 1.5 kg sugar, 1 lemon, 10 g mint, 2 cups water.

Preparation: Sort and wash the cornelian cherries. Squeeze juice from the lemon and remove the zest. Mix sugar, water, and lemon juice, bring to a boil and cook until the sugar dissolves. Add the cornelian cherries and zest to the resulting syrup, cook for 20 minutes and let the jam cool. Then cook it for another 20 minutes and seal in sterilized jars.

You will need: 1 kg cornelian cherries, 1 kg sugar.

Preparation: Mash the cornelian cherries with a potato masher and strain through a sieve. Thoroughly mix the resulting preparation with sugar until it dissolves and spread the jam into sterilized jars.

You will need: 2 kg cornelian cherries, 2 kg sugar, 200 ml water.

Preparation: Cover the cornelian cherries with sugar, pour in water, bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes over low heat, stirring. Seal the jam in sterilized jars. If you want softer berries, let the mixture cool, then cook for another 5 minutes. After that, repeat this step a third time, and only then seal in jars.
