You will need: 400 g squid, 3 eggs, 2 cucumbers, herbs, mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Boil squid for 2 minutes in boiling water and cut into strips. Separately, boil and finely chop the eggs, thinly slice the cucumbers, and finely chop the herbs. Mix all ingredients together, season with salt and pepper, and dress the salad with mayonnaise.

For a healthier salad, we suggest using yogurt instead of mayonnaise.

Preparation: Boil and cut squid and eggs into strips, slice cucumbers the same way, and finely chop the herbs. Separately, season the yogurt with salt and pepper for the dressing. Layer the salad: cucumbers, eggs, herbs, corn, and squid. Spread yogurt between layers.

You will need: 300 g squid, 200 g cucumbers, 3 eggs, 100 g hard cheese, 1 red onion, mayonnaise, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Pre-boil squid and eggs, grate the cheese on a coarse grater, finely chop the onion, and cut all other ingredients into strips. Season with salt and pepper and dress the salad with mayonnaise. If you want to make it layered, the order is: squid, onion, cucumbers, eggs, and cheese.

Preparation: Mix mayonnaise, salt, ground pepper, and garlic pressed through a garlic press.
