Preparation: Slice the apples. Arrange the apples and rosehips in jars, pour boiling water over them, cover with lids, and leave for 20 minutes. Then drain this water, add sugar to it, and boil again. Pour the resulting sugar syrup into the jars and seal for winter.

Mash the preparation through a sieve and simmer for another 15 minutes over low heat. Add sugar – approximately 800 g per 1 kg of puree. Bring the jam to a second boil and cook until desired thickness, about 30 minutes. Seal in sterilized jars.
