The main advantage of Napa cabbage is that it doesn't need to be boiled for a long time.

You will need: 1.2 kg Napa cabbage, 200 g ground beef, 400 g ground pork, 100 g rice, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 1 carrot, 4 cloves garlic, spices and herbs.

Preparation:
1. Cut off the base of the cabbage, separate the leaves, and pour boiling water over them for 10 minutes. At the same time, soak the rice. Then roll each leaf and gently squeeze out excess water.

2. Chop the onion and sauté for a couple of minutes until soft. Add the carrot and simmer for another 5 minutes, then add the bell pepper for the next couple of minutes. Finally, add the garlic and tomato paste, and mix.
