You will need: 200 ml kefir, 560 g flour, 2 eggs, 50 g butter, 10 g sugar, 5 g baking soda, 5 g salt, 50 ml vegetable oil, 200 g potatoes, 250 g canned fish, 20 g green onions.
Instructions: Boil potatoes until tender and grate them on a coarse grater. Mash the fish with a fork and chop the green onions. Whisk eggs with salt and sugar using a mixer, add kefir and whisk again. Add melted butter and baking soda, and whisk once more. Gradually add sifted flour and knead the dough.
Divide the dough into two parts. Roll out one part into a greased skillet and form edges. Layer with potatoes, then green onions, and finally fish. Roll out the second part, cover the pie, and pinch the edges. Bake the pie over low heat for about 20-25 minutes with a lid on or covered with another skillet. Carefully flip it over and brown on the second side until done.
2. Milk Pie with Apples

You will need: 70 ml milk, 2 eggs, 70 g sugar, 220 g flour, 1 tsp baking soda, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 packet vanilla sugar, 50 ml vegetable oil, 2 apples.
Instructions: Whisk eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar, then add milk and oil. Whisk again and add baking soda quenched with vinegar. Gradually mix sifted flour into the dough.
Grease a skillet with oil and arrange diced apples. Pour the batter over them and bake the pie with a lid on for 20 minutes over low heat. Carefully flip it over and bake for another 7 minutes.
