Preparation: Pour hot water over raisins for 15 minutes, then rinse and dry. Put all ingredients into a blender, except water, flour, and baking soda. Blend until smooth and carefully pour in 100 ml of warm water, stirring.

Add oat flour, then gradually add wheat flour. Knead a soft and tender dough, divide it into pieces, and roll them into balls. Slightly flatten each and bake the cookies for 15-20 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
