This time, we want to introduce you to trifle – a layered dessert made with sponge cake, cream, and fruit. We're sharing the best recipes!
1. Classic English Trifle

2. Chocolate Trifle

You will need: 3 eggs, 120 g sugar, 20 g cocoa powder, 90 g flour, 60 ml milk, 40 ml vegetable oil, 1 tsp baking powder, 500 ml 33% cream, 80 g condensed milk, 500 g berries, 100 g chocolate.
Preparation: Mix the sifted flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Beat the eggs with sugar until fluffy, add the dry mixture, pour in the milk, and stir. Add the oil, pour the batter into a mold, and bake the sponge cake in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius. Once the sponge cake has cooled, cut it into arbitrary pieces.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, add condensed milk, and whip again – this is the cream. Spread it on the bottom of the mold, arrange pieces of sponge cake, and then berries on top. Continue to alternate layers until finished and pour melted chocolate over the top of the sponge cake.
3. Trifle with Mascarpone and Fruits

You will need: 200 g cookies or sponge cake, 100 ml sweet wine, 2 bananas, 100 g currants, 2 eggs, 50 g sugar, 200 g mascarpone.
Preparation: Break the cookies or sponge cake, arrange them in glasses, and pour wine over them. Blend bananas with currants and pour over the cookies. Beat egg yolks with sugar, add mascarpone, and beat again. Whip egg whites separately until foamy and fold into the cream. Layer the cream as the last layer and refrigerate the trifle.

4. Trifle with Cookies and Frozen Berries

You will need: 200 g cookies, 200 ml 33% cream, 200 g frozen berries, 100 g sugar.
Preparation: Add 50 ml of water to the berries, bring to a boil, and strain through a sieve. Add half of the sugar, bring the mixture to a boil, and cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat. Preparation: Mix sugar with cherries and bring to a boil. Dissolve cornstarch in cold water, pour it in, and cook for another minute. Whip cold cream with powdered sugar into a fluffy cream. Layer ladyfingers, cherry filling, and cream in glasses, and repeat the layers.
6. Trifle with Custard and Grapes

You will need: 200 g sponge cake or cookies, 150 g seedless grapes, 1 egg, 1 tsp vanilla, 60 g butter, 2 tbsp sugar, 200 ml milk.
Preparation: Cut the sponge cake into pieces, and halve the grapes. Beat the egg with sugar and vanilla. Separately, heat the milk and slowly pour it into the egg, stirring constantly. Place on the stove and cook the cream until thickened, then add butter at the end. Layer the sponge cake, grapes, and cream – and repeat several times.

7. Banana Trifle

Preparation: Beat eggs with sugar until pale, add a spoonful of lemon juice and zest. Add sifted flour and melted butter. Beat again, pour the batter into a mold, and bake the sponge cake for about 40 minutes at 170 degrees Celsius in the oven. Cut the sponge cake.
Whip cream until stiff peaks form. Separately, whip cream cheese with powdered sugar and the remaining lemon juice, and combine both mixtures. Slice strawberries, and mix with jam. Grate chocolate. 10. Coffee Trifle with Oranges

You will need: 3 tsp instant coffee, 2 cups water, 15 g gelatin, 3 eggs, 1 cup flour, 270 g sugar, 10 g baking powder, 2 oranges, 500 ml 35% cream, 1 pinch baking soda, 40 g butter.
Preparation: Soak gelatin in a small amount of water, and heat the remaining 2 cups of water with 20 g of sugar until dissolved. Add coffee to the syrup, then gelatin, heat, cool, and refrigerate for a couple of hours. Cut the cooled jelly into cubes.
Mix sifted flour with baking soda and baking powder, and whip egg whites until stiff peaks form with 25 g of sugar and a pinch of salt. Beat egg yolks with the remaining sugar and butter. Add flour to them, mix, and gently fold in the egg white mixture. Pour the batter into a mold and bake the sponge cake for half an hour at 180 degrees Celsius in the oven, then cut into cubes once cooled.
