Divide the cream mixture into three parts, and the berry puree in a 3:2:1 ratio. Fold the berry puree into the cream base – you will have three preparations of different shades.
Spread the darkest layer over the cookies and freeze the cakes for 20 minutes. Then add a lighter layer – and freeze again for 20 minutes, then add the last layer and refrigerate the cakes for 3-5 hours.
