5. Apple Mousse

Preparation: Peel and roughly chop apples, add water, sugar, and citric acid. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes until soft. Mash the mixture with a blender or pass through a sieve, add semolina, and mix. Bring the puree to a boil again, cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring, let cool, whip with a blender until white, and spoon the mousse into glasses.
6. Cottage Cheese and Banana Snowmen

Roll out the dough into a very thin layer on a towel or plastic wrap – almost as thin as a sheet of paper.
Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and place the filling on one side. Roll it into a log with the help of the towel, optionally brush with more butter, and bake the strudel in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Dust with powdered sugar.
