1. Meat Salad with Prunes
Boiled turkey breast is ideal for this layered salad, but for variety, you can substitute it with chicken or pork.
You will need: 300 g turkey fillet, 170 g hard cheese, 160 g pitted prunes, 2 fresh cucumbers, 3-4 eggs, 1 tsp honey, 2 tbsp soy sauce, mayonnaise.
Preparation: Cut the meat into cubes, pour soy sauce over it, add your favorite seasonings, honey, fry in oil until cooked, place as the first layer on a dish, spread with mayonnaise. Cut the prunes into strips, distribute evenly as the second layer, drizzle with mayonnaise. From eggs beaten with salt and pepper, prepare 2-3 thin pancakes, cut into noodles, place as the third layer, add mayonnaise. Preparation: Lightly grease the inner walls and bottom of a deep bowl with vegetable oil, line with cling film. Mix grated eggs and cheese, transfer a few spoons of the mixture to the prepared bowl, spread with mayonnaise. Then assemble the salad, placing layers in the center, and along the sides, closer to the bowl's walls, create a border of the egg-cheese mixture, spreading mayonnaise between the salad layers.
Order of layers: finely chopped prunes, beef shredded into thin fibers, cucumbers cut into strips, pickled onion half-rings, green peas. Cover the bowl with another piece of cling film, tucking in the overhanging edges beforehand. Let the salad soak in the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then remove the top sheet of film and unfold the edges, cover with a plate of suitable size and invert. Remove the bowl and film, sprinkle the salad with pine nuts.
