You will need: 500 g chanterelles, 150-200 g sour cream, 1 onion, butter, salt.

Preparation: Rinse, pat dry, and roughly chop the mushrooms. Sauté the chopped onion in butter until golden, add the chanterelles, season with salt, stir, and cook for 20-25 minutes until the moisture evaporates. When almost all the water is gone, reduce the heat to minimum, pour in the sour cream, stir, and simmer the mushrooms for another 10-12 minutes.

A mixture of two oils gives the dish a creamy taste, while preventing anything from burning.

You will need: 500 g chanterelles, 200 g sour cream, 100 g onion, 25 g dill, butter, vegetable oil, salt, ground black pepper.

Preparation: Clean, sort, and soak the chanterelles in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain them and chop them roughly. Chop and sauté the onion in a mixture of two oils in a skillet until golden. Add the chanterelles to the onion, stir, and cook for 15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally.

After that, pour in the sour cream, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for another 10 minutes. If the sauce is too thin, add a spoonful of flour. Sprinkle the dish with chopped dill, stir, and simmer everything together for another 5-7 minutes.

Preparation: Clean, rinse, pat dry, and chop the mushrooms. Sauté the chopped onion in a mixture of two oils until translucent, sprinkle with paprika, stir, and add the chanterelles. Simmer everything together for about 30 minutes covered over low heat.

After that, remove the lid, evaporate the liquid, add the minced garlic, and cook for another 10 minutes. Mix half of the sour cream with flour, pour the resulting sauce over the chanterelles, and simmer for 5-7 minutes over low heat. Then add the remaining sour cream, grated cheese, chopped herbs, a little lemon juice, and spices. Stir and cook covered until the cheese is completely melted.
