1. Whole Frozen Strawberries

This method is also known as dry freezing.

You will need: 500 g strawberries.

Preparation: Gently rinse the strawberries to avoid damaging the berries. Remove the stems if desired and let the strawberries dry completely. Arrange them in a single layer on a tray or board and place in the freezer until the berries are frozen solid.

Afterward, transfer the strawberries into bags or containers. For this type of freezing, it's best if the freezer is empty initially so the strawberries don't absorb odors from other foods.

A ready-made dessert that can even be eaten instead of ice cream.

You will need: 1 kg strawberries, 200 g sugar.

Preparation: Sort and rinse the strawberries, remove the stems. Blend the berries with sugar to your desired consistency, transfer the mixture to a container, and place it in the freezer. You can also use honey or a sweetener instead of sugar.

3. Frozen Strawberries in Syrup for Winter

Perfect for compotes, yogurts, and pies.

You will need: 500 g strawberries, powdered sugar.

Preparation: Rinse and dry the strawberries, and remove the stems. Layer the berries in a container, sprinkling with powdered sugar. Adjust the amount to your taste.

Close the lid and refrigerate for 3-4 hours to allow the juice to release. Then, drain this syrup, arrange the strawberries in ice cube trays or any other portioned molds, pour the syrup back over them, and place in the freezer.

You will need: 500 g strawberries, a plastic drinking straw.

Preparation: Rinse and dry the strawberries, remove the stems, and arrange the berries in zip-top bags. Seal the bag, leaving a small section open. Insert the straw and suck out the air with your mouth, then remove the straw and immediately seal the bag completely. Place the strawberries in the freezer.
