You will need: 300 g eggplant, 250 g tomatoes, 20 g cilantro, 4 cloves garlic, 6 tbsp soy sauce, 6 tbsp sweet chili sauce, cornstarch, salt, spices.

Preparation: Slice the eggplant and coat it in cornstarch. If it's bitter, soak it in salted water for 15 minutes first. Then deep-fry the eggplant until golden brown. Chop the herbs and slice the tomatoes. For the dressing, mix soy sauce and chili sauce with minced garlic and spices to taste.

Preparation: Slice and salt the eggplants, let them sit for 15 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid. Coat them in cornstarch and fry in plenty of oil, then transfer to paper towels. Slice the tomatoes into wedges, and the onion into thin strips. Chop the walnuts, garlic, and cilantro. Mix everything, season, and dress the salad with olive oil and lemon juice.

Slice and coat the eggplant in cornstarch, fry until cooked through in a pan or deep fryer. Blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes in boiling water and also fry them. Slice the tomatoes, mix all ingredients together, and dress the salad with oil.
